InRush.me is a processor of personal information submitted to the services or collected through the services on behalf of or at the direction of subscribers.
InRush offers intangible services that cannot be returned. Therefore, we do not refund money after the fulfillment of the order and after shipping the product. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this when buying any product on our website.
However, there are a number of reasons for which we will issue a refund:
— The product is not delivered. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our support department in writing (to mail [email protected]) within 7 days from the date of placing the order. Otherwise, the campaign will be considered complete.
— The product does not correspond to the description. Arguments that the purchased product is not the same as described on the website must be provided. Complaints based only on false expectations or customer requests are not considered. Our support team is always ready to help and provide you with timely, highly professional support.
The refund is not spread on the option Autolikes. This is due to the fact that after the order is put into operation, the system can be stopped only in a month.
To officially cancel your InRush subscription, you must fill out the cancellation form. In order to avoid future charges, the cancellation form must be filled out before your next bill date. Please contact us for more information on the cancel form.
You will have the option for our services to run until the end of your billing cycle or cancel our services immediately. No prorated refunds are provided for cancellations made before the end of the paid up period.
